LAS VEGAS – Aug. 29, 2022– CliQue Bar & Lounge, the upscale cocktail lounge located in the heart of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will introduce a new breakfast menu available on Sunday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon starting Sunday, Sept. 11 throughout football season.
The new breakfast menu will include classic breakfast items including a breakfast burrito made with chorizo, eggs, chipotle crema, shredded cheddar cheese, roasted breakfast potatoes and salsa roja, accompanied by fresh fruit; the breakfast bowl filled with egg whites, avocado, cherry tomatoes, apple sausages and sautéed spinach; and the breakfast sandwich made with eggs, bacon and sliced American cheese stacked on a butter croissant and served with tater tots, among other mouthwatering selections.
From the bar, guests have two new twists on the classic bloody mary from which to choose: the “Blood, Sweat & Tears” bloody mary is crafted with Casamigos Blanco, Ancho Reyes – a liqueur made from ancho chiles, CliQue’s house bloody mary mix, sriracha, habanero tincture and fresh squeezed lime juice served with a Tajín-salt rim and garnished with serrano pepper and applewood bacon; and the “Bloody In Bloody Out” is made with Grey Goose vodka, ginger, lemon, CliQue’s house bloody mary mix and a splash of Lagavulin 16 year scotch served in a glass rimmed with ginger salt and garnished applewood bacon and rosemary. The lounge will also offer specials on imported and domestic beer buckets in addition to its regular cocktail menu.
Beginning Thursday, Sept. 8, CliQue Bar & Lounge opens at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, noon on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday featuring a menu of exclusive cocktails and delectable dishes including the mini sirloin sliders made with pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato and a signature sauce, served with fries; and deep-fried Oreos topped with a whipped marshmallow crème made with vanilla vodka and served with a Nutella Frangelico dipping sauce.
