LAS VEGAS – June 6, 2022– CliQue Bar & Lounge, the upscale cocktail lounge located in the heart of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, just got more intimate as tableside mixology returns with a special twist with an exclusive “If You Know You Know,” aka #IYKYK, cocktail menu.
To create a personalized experience, a talented bartender will arrive at the guest’s table with a mixology cart stocked with assorted liqueurs, CliQue’s house made fresh fruit juices and garnishes to craft drinks from a select menu of high-end cocktails. The cocktails on the menu include showstoppers such as the “A Whale in the Desert” made with Absolut vanilla vodka, sweet vermouth, simple syrup, chocolate bitters and topped with a toasted rice crispy treat; the “Up All Night” crafted with Cruzan rum, Paychaud’s bitters, orgeat, lemon, ginger syrup, blackberries and strawberries; or the “Fire Squad” created with Jim Bean whiskey, Aperol, honey, lemon juice, orange bitters poured over frozen orange ice cubes, among others. Each cocktail on the specialty menu is priced at $25 and a minimum of one for each guest at the table must be ordered.
CliQue Bar & Lounge opens at 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 3 p.m. Thursday through Sunday featuring a menu of exclusive cocktails and delectable dishes including the mini sirloin sliders made with pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato and a signature sauce, served with fries; and deep-fried Oreos topped with a whipped marshmallow crème made with vanilla vodka and served with a Nutella Frangelico dipping sauce.
