The iconic beer hall and garden will offer up a bounty of traditional Bavarian menu items on Sunday, March 31 served alongside its world-famous assortment of beers imported directly from Munich.
Start with Spargelsuppe “Schwarzwälder Art,” “Black Forest” asparagus soup garnished with ham, croutons and chives, or Schwarzwälder Schinken umwickelter Belgischer Chicorée, a Black Forest ham wrapped Belgian endive with Appenzeller cheese sauce.
For the main course, feast on the Hähnchenschnitzel mit Spargel, breaded chicken breast served with green asparagus, parsley, Yukon Gold potatoes and hollandaise sauce.
For dessert, you and some-bunny special can indulge in the Gefüllte Vanillecrêpes, homemade crêpes filled with vanilla cream and strawberries and served with vanilla ice cream.
And help Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2024 by enjoying the specialty anniversary cocktail, “Prost to 20!,” available throughout the year.
