LAS VEGAS – (May 17, 2022) – Piero’s Italian Cuisine, a treasured Las Vegas fine dining restaurant since 1982, will be open six days, adding Mondays, May 23. Las Vegas locals and visitors alike will be able to enjoy Piero’s acclaimed food, service and atmosphere from 5:30-9 p.m. on Monday through Saturday each week. The restaurant had previously been open five days a week.
“We are excited and grateful to add one more day per week in order to meet the demand of our guests. This is one more step toward resuming our normal schedule and we are thrilled to provide our guests with the same exceptional food and service that we’ve been known for since 1982,” said Evan Glusman, general manager of Piero’s Italian Cuisine.
A mainstay directly off the Las Vegas Strip, Piero’s guests enjoy favorites like the Sunday Gravy featuring rigatoni, meatballs, Italian sausage and ricotta; homemade agnolotti with ricotta and spinach; or Piero’s signature osso buco, which has been on the menu since 1982; all of which can be paired with a glass of wine from Piero’s vast wine collection – one of the largest in the city.
