Offering incredible views of the firework displays on the Las Vegas Strip, Cabo Wabo will host a rockin’ celebration on its vibrant and newly remodeled Strip-side patio.
Available exclusively on the holiday, Cabo Wabo will serve the “All American” cocktail, crafted with Absolut Citron, house-made simple syrup, sweet and sour, Sprite, grenadine and blue curaçao, starting at $15.20.
Cabo Wabo’s signature dishes will also be available, including carne asada tacos, served on a corn tortilla with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions; fundido de queso con chorizo, a trio of Mexican cheese melted on a skillet with Cabo Wabo’s house-made pork chorizo, served with warm tortillas and salsa arbol; and short rib enchiladas, crafted with shredded beef short rib, fire-roasted tomato sauce, a house cheese blend and crema Mexicana, among others.
